1. What makes your hotel "art rooms"? Is it just a name?
We believe your accommodation should be a source of inspiration. Each of our rooms is individually decorated with unique artistic touches, blending modern aesthetics with warmth and functionality. Our goal is to create a space that is both comfortable and creatively inspiring, reflecting the charm and artistic spirit of Kalamata itself.

2. I hear you're right on the central square. Is it noisy?
It's true, we are located directly on Kalamata's lively central square, just steps away from the best shops, cafes, and cultural attractions. So, you're in the middle of all the action. However, we've made sure that your rest is a priority. Our rooms are fully soundproofed to ensure that once you close your door, you have a wonderfully quiet and peaceful night's sleep.

3. What room types do you have? I'm traveling alone / as a couple / with family.
We're a boutique property with a total of 6 individually decorated rooms. Our main room types include Studio Apartments (perfect for solo travelers or couples), and spacious One-Bedroom Apartments with Balcony (great for families or those wanting extra space). All rooms come with their own private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and, of course, fast, free Wi-Fi.

4. What's inside the kitchen? Can I cook my own meals?
Absolutely! We want you to feel at home. Every suite is equipped with a practical kitchenette, including a fridge, stovetop, and all the necessary kitchenware. You also get an espresso machine, so your morning coffee is always perfect. This makes it easy to prepare a quick breakfast or a delicious meal using fresh ingredients from the nearby market.

5. Do all rooms have a balcony? I'd love to sit outside.
Most of our rooms feature a private furnished balcony, and we highly recommend trying to snag one of these. Overlooking the vibrant central square, it's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, watch the world go by, or enjoy a glass of local wine as the sun sets over the city.

6. What's the breakfast situation? Is it included?
Breakfast is a treat, but it's not included in every rate. We offer a delicious à la carte breakfast for an additional fee, served daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. There are many options to choose from, including continental, Italian, and vegetarian dishes. You'll receive a voucher, and the breakfast is prepared at a wonderful nearby café that our guests absolutely love.

7. Is there parking? This is really important for me.
We understand, this is a top concern for many of our guests. While we don't have our own private parking lot, public parking is available very close by (you can literally walk to it in a couple of minutes), and the cost is very reasonable (around €0.50 per hour). Our central location means that some street parking is also available but can require a little patience.

8. Can I bring my dog or cat?
Of course, we love furry travelers! Pets are more than welcome to stay with us, and there's no extra fee for them. We simply ask that you let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is set for your four-legged family member.

9. How do I check in and out? Is your reception open 24 hours?
Checking in is easy and flexible. Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Our front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, so if you plan to arrive outside of these hours, just let us know in advance. We will provide you with all the instructions you need for a smooth, contactless arrival.

10. How far is the beach? Can I walk there?
The beautiful Kalamata Beach is about 2.4 km away. It's a scenic 30-minute walk, but we also offer a convenient beach shuttle service for a small extra charge if you prefer not to walk. You can also rent bicycles right at the property for a fun, easy ride to the shore.

11. How do I get to you from the airport? Do you offer transfers?
Kalamata International Airport (KLX) is just 8 km away. And yes, we can organize a private airport shuttle service for you, available 24 hours a day for a surcharge. Just let us know your flight details in advance, and we'll make sure a comfortable ride is waiting for you.

12. Can I work from the hotel? How's the Wi-Fi?
Absolutely! Our free Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, you can easily take video calls or handle your emails. All our rooms have a dedicated workspace, and the artistic, peaceful atmosphere makes it a great place to get some work done while you're away from the office.
